4.  Main structure and Performance:
The hydraulic press is mainly composed of mechanical structure, hydraulic transmission and electrical control.
1. Mechanical part:
1.1. The main engine is composed of body, main cylinderetc.
1.2 The body is of three-beam, four-column and four-nut structure, which is convenient for pre-tightening and precision adjustment of the press; The three main beams (upper beam, slider and working table) are welded with Q235A high-quality steel plate by CO2 gas shielded welding. After welding, the steel plate is cooled in the high-temperature annealing furnace to eliminate stress, so as to maintain good accuracy and reduce deformation. The column is 45 steel with surface quenching treatment. The slider is connected with the piston of the main cylinder with a flange. The slider moves up and down depending on the guidance of the four columns, and the guide sleeve of the four columns is a composite sleeve to avoid scratches and tension of the column.
1.3 Master cylinder: The master cylinder is of single piston cylinder structure;The master cylinder is fixed to the upper beam by nut mounting. The piston rod surface of all cylinders has undergone strict heat treatment, and the hardness of the guide part is about HRC45. The piston rod of all cylinders has been tempered with hard chrome on the surface and the depth of chrome is 0.05mm. The main sealing part of the oil cylinder adopts the new YA type sealing ring with low friction resistance and high pressure resistance. The sealing ring adopts imported raw materials (the main sealing ring can also adopt the imported sealing ring and seal according to the requirements of users). The movement guide of piston rod adopts non-metallic wear-resisting ring to avoid the phenomenon of pulling cylinder caused by metal contact. The main oil cylinder has the function of holding pressure. The pressure is displayed by the pressure gauge and adjusted by the remote pressure regulating valve.
1.4 The stroke position of slider is controlled by proximity switch, and easy to adjust.
1.5 The main sealing ring of each oil cylinder is of high quality to avoid leakage of the oil cylinder, with good wear resistance and prolong service life.

Hydraulic pressure part:
The hydraulic system is placed on the ground on the right side of the main engine and consists of cartridge valve, filling valve, integrated oil circuit, pump group and oil tank, etc.It mainly controls the movement of the slider. The hydraulic control system adopts the advanced integral two - way plug - in valve block.It has fast response speed, large oil flow capacity, small flow resistance, reliable operation and easy maintenance. The power plant adopts axial piston pump with high flow and high pressure compensation variable, and the lower chamber of the oil cylinder is equipped with double-circuit safety valve, which can reliably prevent the over pressure of the lower chamber and accidental downlink protection of the slide block.
1.1. The fuel tank adopts a closed structure, equipped with a filter screen and a window hole to facilitate cleaning of the fuel tank. Equipped with liquid level and liquid temperature meter, oil level can be observed and oil temperature can be measured.
1.2. The main oil circuit adopts the integrated valve system produced by Shandong professional company, which is widely used in China, with compact structure, strong flow capacity, quick response, stable and reliable performance, and convenient maintenance and adjustment; Pilot solenoid valve also adopts the company's products, reliable performance, low failure rate, long service life. The voltage of solenoid valve is dc 24V.
1.3. The main oil pump adopts YCY constant power variable axial plunger pump produced by Jiangsu Qidong high-pressure pump plant or Nantong Hauda, which has strong anti-pollution ability, stable performance and easy procurement of spare parts; The motor adopts domestic quality products.
1.4. The hydraulic system is equipped with overload safety protection device. Ensure that the press is not overloaded.The hydraulic support secondary safety loop and safety valve are provided. When the slide block stops at any position, the device will automatically close to ensure that the slide block does not slide down;When the lower chamber is closed due to the dead valve block, the bypass safety valve will discharge oil in time to avoid safety accidents.
1.5. The hydraulic pipeline system is sealed reliably without leakage or leakage; The pipelines are well arranged, and the pipelines and the inside of the oil tank are well treated with rust removal and cleaning.
1.6. Setting of filtration system: Oil absorption and oil return shall be separated in the oil tank, and a filter screen shall be installed on the separator to filter;The inlet of the pump has an oil filter with a filtering precision of 40um, effectively protecting the cartridge valve system and the oil cylinder assembly.
1.7. The filling valve is installed on the top of the cylinder.When the sliding block falls under its own weight, the oil from the pump cannot be timely supplied to the upper chamber of the main cylinder, and a negative pressure suction is formed in the upper chamber of the main cylinder to open the main valve of the filling valve, so that a large amount of oil in the oil tank flows into the main cylinder, so as to meet the requirements of the sliding block's fast downward speed.When the slider returns, the oil is controlled to first head open the pre-draining small spool to relieve pressure in the upper chamber of the main cylinder, and then open the main valve of the filling valve to drain oil from the upper chamber of the main cylinder back into the filling chamber.
1.8. The pressure regulating and displaying system is placed on the control panel in front of the oil tank and consists of various remote pressure regulating valves and pressure gauges.
2. Electrical control:
2.1. The electrical system is composed of power circuit and control circuit, and the power circuit is three phases of 380V and 50HZ.The control circuit is 220V, 50HZ, and the valve system voltage is 24V.
2.2. The electrical system has an independent electrical control cabinet, which is installed in front of the oil tank on the right side of the main engine.Electric cabinet is made in strict accordance with GB5226 standard, with cold-rolled steel plate and electrostatic spraying.The front of the machine is equipped with a mobile two-hand button workstation, which is equipped with two-hand button, emergency stop button, return button and all parts of the monitoring indicator light for the normal operation of the equipment.
2.3. Setting of press operation mode: two modes of adjustment (inching) and double hand single cycle can be switched.
2.4. The main motor adopts the Y - Δ step-down starting, ensure that small impact on the grid.
5.  Operation mode and process action of the press:
