Top roller and driving mechanism
The top roller mechanism incorporates a robust top roller, hydraulic drop end, fixed bearing, hydraulic motor, and bearing, designed for optimal efficiency.
The torque transfers seamlessly from the hydraulic motor to the top roller, propelling its rotational movement. The hydraulic drop end is fortified with a protective steel bushing for enhanced durability.

Lower roller and position inspection mechanism
The lower roller mechanism includes a lower roller, oil cylinder, bearings, and self-aligning bearings for precision and efficiency.
The sliding bearing blocks on either side, which support the lower roller, align harmoniously with the frame guide rail. These are mounted on two oil cylinders, powered by an advanced hydraulic system to facilitate the up-down motion of the lower roller. The main oil cylinders operate at a rated pressure of 16 Mpa. Sensors installed on the lower roller and frame provide real-time up-down distance readings on an LCD display. With an adjustable hydraulic system, achieving the required rolling power is seamless and straightforward.

Side roller mechanism
Our side roller mechanism is engineered with a main oil cylinder, self-aligning bearings, and support bearings for superior performance.
The support bearings bolster the side roller, while the bearing blocks synchronize with the frame's guide rail effortlessly.
Through the power of four oil cylinders installed inside the frames, the side roller bearing blocks execute an efficient up-down motion. Sensors installed on the side roller and frame provide precise distance measurements on an LCD.
For rolling conical shapes, self-aligning bearings are utilized on both the side and lower rollers. When the lower roller maintains a level position, and the horizontal line transitions into a slope, fine adjustments allow for a snug interaction between the lower and side rollers, accommodating the inclination between the horizontal line and the rolling components.
3-4, Hydraulic drop end mechanism
Our hydraulic drop end mechanism consists of an oil cylinder, oil cylinder joint, bearing block, and other components engineered for optimal functionality.
The hydraulic drop end mechanism is designed for ease of operation, allowing products to be effortlessly removed along the roller shaft. After the hydraulic drop completes its closing or opening action, the oil cylinder's stroke returns to zero, optimizing performance.

Balance device
The balance device of the Efficient Plate Roll Machine for Steel Fabrication and Bending showcases a brilliantly compact design. When the tipping rack slips off the bearing face of the top roller and initiates a tipping movement, gravity causes the top roller to descend. To ensure seamless leveling of the top roller, the balance device is strategically installed on the fixed side, positioned outside the fixed side frame—creating a necessary gap between the fixed frame and the balance device. This clever configuration is secured onto the frame with precision screws, ensuring steadfast stability.

Hydraulic system
Our cutting-edge Hydraulic System is an assembly of high-performance components, featuring a gear pump, a sophisticated valve group, and state-of-the-art assistant pipelines.
The hydraulic valve selection is from the renowned Yuken superposition hydraulic valve series, ensuring exceptional reliability in the system. The pipeline lay
out is ingeniously designed to be straightforward, minimizing leakage issues and simplifying maintenance procedures.
This robust system comprises three distinct loops: the pressure adjusting loop, the synchronization loop, and the speed loop.
The pressure adjusting loop expertly manages the system’s operational pressure through the main overflow valve, maintaining a consistent working pressure of 16Mpa.
Within the synchronization loop, the lower roller's up-and-down movements are precisely synchronized using the flow divider valve. The throttle valve offers fine-tuning of the speed for optimal performance.
The speed loop is tasked with controlling the frames' descent and reset, with speed regulation achieved through the throttle valve.
Electric control system
The Electric Control System is an exemplary combination of essential components, including an electric cabinet, an operation control table, and a convenient portable button box. Powered at 380V/50Hz, it features a main switch that provides robust short-circuit and over-loading protection for the main motor. The machine’s seamless operation is assured by an AC contactor that manages both positive and reverse rotation. Our system utilizes PLC programmable control, ensuring a minimal relay count, unparalleled stability, and impressive longevity. All operational buttons and indicator lights are strategically arranged on the control table, providing comprehensive control over the entire rolling process and machine status.
CNC system
Our NC System is equipped with a precision rotation encoder, integrated with a high-reliability industrial controller to create a stable and efficient control system.
CNC function
CThe NC System boasts real-time monitoring capabilities, ensuring seamless data transmission and robust power-off memory throughout the rolling process.
The industry control PLC meticulously monitors the lower position and both ends of the side roller, controlling them to achieve a synchronization precision of ±0.15mm.
The programmable display vividly presents real-time readings of the lower roller position, along with the two ends of the side roller,
allowing for precise setting adjustments.
The displacement transducer offers an impressive resolution of 0.10mm, and the display precision is calibrated to a highly accurate ±0.10mm.
