Top roller and driving mechanism
The Top roller device is a sophisticated assembly including a top roller, hydraulic drop end, fixed bearing, hydraulic motor, and supportive bearing.
The top roller, connected to a hydraulic motor, transmits torque and executes precision rotation movements.
A protective steel bushing is installed with the hydraulic drop end to ensure seamless operation.

Lower roller and precision position inspection system
Our lower roller device is a high-precision unit comprising a lower roller, oil cylinder, and bearings designed for self-alignment.
The sliding bearing blocks supporting the lower roller coordinate with the frame's guide rails. They are firmly mounted on two oil cylinders, enabling the hydraulic system to power the lower roller's up-and-down movements. Rated at a pressure of 16Mpa, the main oil cylinder facilitates precise positioning, monitored by sensors and displayed on an LCD. The adaptable hydraulic system allows for easy adjustments to meet specific rolling power requirements.

Side roller assembly
The side roller device is an intricate system featuring the main oil cylinder for the side roller, along with self-aligning bearings.
The bearing block effectively supports the side roller, ensuring a robust connection with the frame guide rail.
Side roller movement is driven by four strategically placed oil cylinders within the two frames. The movement's range is precisely measured by sensors and conveniently displayed on an LCD.
To achieve a cone shape, self-aligning bearings are used for both side and lower rollers. When the lower roller maintains a level position or adjusts to a sloped alignment, the rollers can be finely adjusted to fit perfectly, maintaining an optimal degree of inclination.
3-4, hydraulic drop end mechanism
Our hydraulic drop end device, comprising an oil cylinder, joints, bearing block, and oil cylinder bearings, is designed for optimal efficiency.
The hydraulic drop end mechanism ensures effortless product removal along the roller shaft.
Upon completion of the hydraulic drop's opening or closing cycle, the oil cylinder stroke returns to zero. This precision operation is powered by a dedicated hydraulic station.
Balance device
The balance device boasts an ingeniously compact structure. When the tipping rack slips off the bearing face of the top roller and initiates a tipping movement, gravity naturally causes this end of the top roller to descend. To maintain horizontal alignment, the balance device is strategically installed on the fixed side, apart from the fixed side frame, ensuring that the top roller remains perfectly level. This device is securely anchored to the frame using robust screws.

Hydraulic system
The hydraulic system is an intricate assembly of a high-performance gear pump, a versatile valve group, and auxiliary pipelines, all working in harmony.
The hydraulic valve features the renowned Yuken superposition hydraulic valve series, ensuring impeccable layout
with simplicity, minimal leakage, and effortless maintenance.
This advanced system comprises three distinct loops: the pressure adjusting loop, synchronization loop, and speed loop, each serving a critical function.
The pressure adjusting loop expertly regulates the system's working pressure through the main overflow valve, with a system working pressure set at an impressive 16Mpa.
The synchronization loop allows precise in-phase adjustments of the lower roller's movement, utilizing a flow divider valve and throttle valve, which meticulously fine-tunes the speed.
The speed loop efficiently controls the frames' descent and reset, adjusting speed intricately via the throttle valve.
Electric control system
The electric control system is a sophisticated ensemble consisting of an electric cabinet, operation control table, and a portable button box. Operating on a power supply of 380V/50Hz, the main switch provides robust short circuit and overload protection for the main motor. Directional control is achieved through AC contactors, while the system utilizes a PLC programmable controller for minimal relay use, ensuring stability and longevity. All essential buttons and indicator lights for the entire rolling process are conveniently located on the control table, allowing for comprehensive control of operations and monitoring of working conditions.
CNC system
This system adopts a rotation encoder paired with a high-reliability industrial controller, creating a control system renowned for its stable performance.
CNC function
CThe NC system excels in real-time monitoring, seamless data transfer, and power-off memory retention throughout the rolling process.
The industry control PLC automatically inspects the lower and side roller positions to ensure synchronization precision within ±0.15mm.
The programmable display provides real-time visibility of the lower roller position and the two ends of the side roller,
allowing for precise settings.
With a displacement transducer resolution of 0.10mm, the display guarantees precision within ±0.10mm.
