Discover the epitome of precision and efficiency with our state-of-the-art four-roller plate rolling machine. The top roller stands as the centerpiece of engineering ingenuity. This is the prime component, driving the main rotational movement. The lower roller, with its dynamic up-down motion, propels the plate to achieve the desired friction along its length. The two side rollers, strategically maneuvering up and down at an angled trajectory, sculpt the steel plate into the vital plastic deformation needed for superior quality. By fine-tuning the side rollers, both symmetric and asymmetrical bending can be effortlessly achieved, minimizing the flat end, unlike any conventional three-roller machine. This innovation saves the pre-bending process and eliminates the need for a pre-bending apparatus. Additionally, it provides preliminary leveling of steel plates, making it indispensable in industries like petroleum, chemical processing, boiler production, shipbuilding, hydroelectricity, and metal fabrication.
Elegant Machine Construction:
The robust architecture of this machine comprises a sophisticated upper roller mechanism, a driving ensemble, a deft lower roller assemblagee, an agile side roller device, a hydraulic drop end system, a seamless lubrication module, and left and right frame framework, all encased within a sturdy chassis.

Top Roller & Driving Dynamics
The Top roller device is meticulously crafted, integrating the top roller, a hydraulic drop end, fixed bearings, a hydraulic motor, and secure bearings.
The top roller channels torque via a connected hydraulic motor, enabling smooth
rotational motions. The hydraulic drop end is fortified with a protective steel bushing for enhanced durability.
Lower Roller & Precision Inspection
The lower roller assembly consists of the lower roller itself, an oil cylinder, supportive bearings, and self-aligning bearing technologies.
The sliding bearing blocks, which cradle the lower roller, seamlessly align with the frame guide rails. Positioned on dual oil cylinders, the hydraulic system powers the lower roller’s dynamic movement. Operating at a formidable 16Mpa pressure, the main oil cylinders ensure performance precision. The sensor-monitored up-down motion is clearly displayed on an intuitive LCD interface, allowing effortless adjustments for optimal rolling force.

Side Roller Expertise
The side roller mechanism comprises a robust main oil cylinder, self-aligning bearings, and structural bearings.
Supporting the side roller, the bearing blocks align with the frame’s guide rails for stability.
The side roller's vertical movement is driven by four strategically placed oil cylinders within the frames, with precise sensor readings displayed on the LCD.
To expertly roll cone shapes, self-aligning bearings are employed for both side and lower rollers. This ensures a snug fit when transitioning from a horizontal to a sloped line, thanks to precise adjustments, allowing for an optimal degree of inclination.
Hydraulic Drop End Sophistication
The hydraulic drop end system is ingeniously assembled with oil cylinders, joints, bearing blocks, and oil cylinder bearings, ensuring meticulous operation.
The hydraulic drop end setup enables effortless product extraction along the roller shaft.
Upon completing the cycle, the hydraulic drop's stroke is reset to zero, powered by a centralized hydraulic station. A sophisticated power derivation from the hydraulic station ensures consistent performance.
Balance Device Excellence
The balance device features an ingeniously compact design. When the tipping rack slips off the bearing face of the top roller and initiates the tipping motion, the top roller's end naturally descends due to gravitational pull. To counteract and maintain the top roller's horizontal alignment, the balance device is strategically positioned on the fixed side, spaced from the fixed frame, and secured in place with robust screws, ensuring impeccable alignment and performance.

Hydraulic System
Our sophisticated hydraulic system is an ensemble of a gear pump, a valve group, and auxiliary pipelines, meticulously engineered for optimal performance.
The hydraulic valve utilizes the premium Yuken superposition hydraulic valve series. The pipeline layout is ingeniously simple, significantly minimizing leakage risks and facilitating effortless maintenance.
is simple, few leakage and easy for maintain.
The system operates through three meticulously designed loops: the pressure adjusting loop, synchronization loop, and speed loop, each delivering precision and reliability.
The pressure adjusting loop fine-tunes the system's working pressure via the main overflow valve, maintaining a stable working pressure of 16Mpa.
The synchronization loop enables precise, in-phase adjustments of the lower roller's vertical movements through flow divider and throttle valves, allowing for intricate speed modulation.
The speed loop adeptly manages the drop, reset, and speed adjustments of the frames through the precise control of throttle valves.
Electric Control System
Our cutting-edge electric control system comprises an advanced electric cabinet, an intuitive operation control table, and a versatile portable button box. Powered at 380V/50Hz, it features a main switch with robust short circuit and overload protection for the main motor. AC contactors expertly manage both positive and reverse rotations. The machine employs a PLC programmable control, minimizing relay usage while ensuring stability and longevity. All necessary buttons and indicator lights are conveniently situated on the control table, granting comprehensive oversight of the entire rolling process and operational status.
CNC System
Our NC system harnesses a rotation encoder paired with a high-reliability industrial controller, creating a control system famed for its unwavering stability and performance.
