This marvel of engineering is a sophisticated four-roller plate rolling machine. The top roller, a pivotal component, leads the charge as the main drive, setting the stage for rotational movement. is the principal driving force, orchestrating the upward and downward movements of the lower roller. This dynamic motion enables the plate to glide with precision along the longitudinal axis. Meanwhile, the two side rollers engage in an intricate up-and-down dance, forming an angle with the straight line, inducing the desired plastic deformation in the steel plate. By adjusting the side rollers, this machine achieves both symmetric and asymmetric bending with remarkable finesse. Unlike its three-roller counterpart, it minimizes flat ends theoretically, thereby conserving the pre-bending process and eliminating the need for a pre-bending apparatus. Additionally, it offers a preliminary leveling of steel plates. This machine finds its extensive application across diverse industries, including petroleum, chemicals, boilers, shipbuilding, hydroelectricity, metal structures, and machinery.
Machine Construction:
The robust architecture of this machine is a masterpiece, featuring a main body structure meticulously composed of an upper roller device, a driving device, a lower roller device, a side roller device, a hydraulic drop end device, a lubrication device, left and right frames, a chassis, and more, working in harmonious concert.

Top Roller and Driving Device
The top roller device is an assemblage of excellence, incorporating the top roller itself, a hydraulic drop end, fixed bearings, a robust hydraulic motor, and dependable bearings.
The top roller transmits torque through a seamless connection between the hydraulic motor and the top roller, initiating a graceful
rotational movement. The hydraulic drop end, fortified with a protective steel bushing, stands as a testament to the machine's durability.
Lower Roller and Position Inspection Device
The lower roller device is a sophisticated ensemble, comprising the lower roller, an oil cylinder, lower roller bearings, and self-aligning bearings.
The sliding bearing block on either side, supporting the lower roller, aligns perfectly with the frame guide rail. It is anchored to two oil cylinders, with the hydraulic system providing the necessary power for the lower roller's vertical movement. The main oil cylinder boasts a rated pressure of 16MPa. A sensor, ingeniously installed on the lower roller and frame, monitors the up-down distance, presenting the data on an LCD. With the hydraulic system's pressure adjustable at will, it effortlessly meets the requisite rolling power.

Side Roller Device
The side roller device is a carefully crafted assembly, consisting of the side roller's main oil cylinder, self-aligning bearings, and supporting bearings.
The bearing block stabilizes the side roller, with both sides harmonizing with the frame guide rail.
The side roller's bearing block achieves vertical motion through four oil cylinders strategically placed inside two frames. The sensors, cleverly affixed to the side roller and frame, gauge the up-down distance of the side rollers, showcasing the results on an LCD.
To achieve a cone shape, the machine employs self-aligning bearings for both side and lower rollers. Maintaining levelness in the lower roller or adapting to a sloping horizontal line allows for precise closure through fine adjustments. A calculated inclination exists between the horizontal line, lower roller, and side rollers.
3-4, Hydraulic Drop End
The hydraulic drop end device is an intricate combination of oil cylinders, joints, bearing blocks, and oil cylinder bearings, designed to ensure efficiency and reliability.
The hydraulic drop end device facilitates the effortless removal of products along the roller shaft, epitomizing convenience.
Once the hydraulic drop completes its closing or opening cycle, the oil cylinder's stroke reverts to zero. Its power is derived from a robust hydraulic station, guaranteeing seamless operation.
Balance Device
The balance device, with its sleek and compact structure, ensures that when the tipping rack slips off the bearing face of the top roller, prompting a tipping movement, the top roller remains level. This device is strategically positioned on the fixed side, outside the frame, using screws for secure attachment. This ingenious design guarantees that the top roller will not succumb to gravity, maintaining its level effortlessly.

Hydraulic system
Our state-of-the-art hydraulic system is meticulously crafted, comprising a robust gear pump, an efficient valve group, and supportive pipelines. It's a synergy of power and precision.
We proudly utilize the Yuken superposition hydraulic valve series, known for its exceptional quality. The pipeline lay out
is thoughtfully designed to ensure simplicity and minimize leakage, making maintenance a breeze.
This advanced system features three distinct loops: a pressure adjusting loop, a synchronization loop, and a speed loop, each tailored to optimize performance.
The pressure adjusting loop skillfully manages the system's working pressure through the main overflow valve, maintaining a stable 16Mpa.
The synchronization loop precisely calibrates the lower roller's movement with a flow divider valve, while the throttle valve allows for refined speed adjustments.
The speed loop commands the frame's drop and reset motions, modulating the pace with a throttle valve for seamless operation.
Electric control system
Our sophisticated electric control system is composed of an electric cabinet, an intuitive operation control table, and a portable button box. Powered at 380V/50Hz, it features a main switch with rigorous short circuit and overload protection for the main motor. AC contactors govern the machine's directional controls, while a PLC programmable control ensures minimal relay use, enhancing stability and extending the system's lifespan. All necessary buttons and instruction lights are conveniently situated on the control table, providing comprehensive control over the entire rolling process and operational status.
CNC system
Our NC system integrates a rotation encoder with a high-reliability industry controller, forming a control system celebrated for its stable performance and unmatched reliability.
CNC function
CThe cutting-edge NC system offers real-time monitoring, data transfer, and power-off memory throughout the rolling process, ensuring unparalleled efficiency.
Our industry-leading control PLC automatically inspects the lower position and the two ends of the side roller, ensuring synchronization precision within an impressive ±0.15mm margin.
A programmable display vividly presents the real-time positions of the lower roller and both ends of the side roller,
