Top roller and driving mechanism
The top roller assembly comprises a top roller, hydraulic drop end, fixed bearing, hydraulic motor, and bearing, each precision-engineered to ensure peak performance.
The torque is effectively transferred from the hydraulic motor to the top roller, facilitating smooth
rotational motion. The hydraulic drop end is seamlessly integrated with a protective steel bushing, enhancing durability.
Lower roller and position inspection unit
The lower roller assembly includes a lower roller, oil cylinder, bearing, and self-aligning bearing, all meticulously designed for optimal functionality.
The sliding bearing block on either side supports the lower roller and aligns with the frame guide rail. Powered by the hydraulic system, the lower roller's up-down movement is both efficient and powerful, with the main oil cylinder rated at 16Mpa. LCD-displayed inspection by sensors ensures precise movement measurement. The hydraulic system's adjustable pressure allows for tailored rolling power, meeting specific operational requirements.

Side roller assembly
Comprising the main oil cylinder, self-aligning bearings, and support bearings, the side roller device is engineered for precision.
The bearing block supports the side roller while synchronizing with the frame guide rail for perfect alignment.
The four oil cylinders within the frame facilitate the side roller's up-down movement, with sensor-led inspection displayed via LCD for accuracy. This ensures flawless operation during cone shaping, with self-aligning bearings accommodating both side and lower rollers.
For conical rolling, the alignment of self-aligning bearings on both rollers allows for precise adjustments. The inclination between the horizontal line and rollers ensures a tight fit, enhancing performance.
Section 3-4: Hydraulic Drop End Unit
This sophisticated device includes an oil cylinder, joint, bearing block, and oil cylinder bearing, engineered for maximum efficiency.
The hydraulic drop end system ensures effortless removal of the finished product along the roller shaft.
Once the hydraulic drop completes its cycle, the oil cylinder's stroke registers at zero, ensuring precision and reliability. The hydraulic station supplies the requisite power, embodying efficiency and power.
Advanced Balance Device
The balance device of our Versatile Bending Machine with Four Rollers for Steel Processing showcases a compact and efficient structure. When the tipping rack slips off the bearing face of the top roller and initiates a tipping movement, the top roller's end naturally descends due to gravity. To maintain the top roller in a perfectly horizontal position, our balance device is strategically installed on the fixed side (positioned outside the fixed side frame, ensuring a precise distance between the fixed frame and the balance device). It is securely anchored to the frame using robust screws.

Hydraulic System
The hydraulic system is ingeniously crafted with an ensemble of a gear pump, a sophisticated valve group, and complementary assistant pipelines.
Our hydraulic valves utilize the renowned Yuken superposition hydraulic valve series. The pipeline layout is remarkably straightforward,
resulting in minimal leakage and effortless maintenance.
The system boasts three pivotal loops: the pressure adjusting loop, synchronization loop, and speed loop.
Within the pressure adjusting loop, the system's working pressure is finely tuned via a main overflow valve, sustaining the working pressure at a steady 16Mpa.
The synchronization loop adeptly modulates the lower roller's movement up and down in unison through a flow divider valve, while the throttle valve allows precise speed adjustments both upward and downward.
The speed loop governs the frame's descent and resetting, enabling speed regulation via a throttle valve.
Electric Control System
The electric control system is a robust configuration comprising an electric cabinet, an operation control table, and a portable button box. Operated at 380V/50Hz, it features a main switch with superior short circuit and overloading protection for the main motor. The machine's positive and reverse rotations are expertly managed by an AC contactor. Our PLC programmable control minimizes reliance on relays, ensuring remarkable stability and longevity. All essential buttons and indicator lights for executing the entire rolling process are conveniently located on the control table, offering comprehensive control over the operation process and working status.
CNC System
Our NC system employs a state-of-the-art rotation encoder, paired with a highly reliable industrial controller, forming a control system celebrated for its stable performance.
CNC Function
CThe NC system features real-time monitoring, seamless data transmission, and power-off memory during the rolling process, ensuring uninterrupted operations.
An industrial control PLC automatically inspects the lower position and both ends of the side roller, orchestrating precise control to achieve synchronization precision within ±0.15mm.
The programmable display vividly presents real-time positioning for the lower roller and both ends of the side roller,
allowing these positions to be expertly set and adjusted.
The displacement transducer offers a resolution of 0.10mm, with a display precision maintained at ±0.10mm.
