1). The features and functions of the control system and the hydraulic system enable the machine to have higher productivity and bending accuracy for plate bending. When bending materials of different thickness, shape or size, the upper die of different shape or the lower die of V-groove with different opening size should be selected.
2). CNC system automatically calculates and adjusts bending force according to different plates, thicknesses and lengths, strictly controls unnecessary work of oil pump motor, and saves energy waste;
3). Due to the adoption of imported coupling, the vibration and noise caused by the power transmission of the motor and oil pump are solved, which makes the machine almost silent in the whole working process;
4). All steel welded structure, vibration elimination of stress, high mechanical strength, good rigidity.Hydraulic upper drive, stable and reliable;
5). The frame is formed by CNC floor boring and milling machine in one process, ensuring the parallelism and perpendicularity of each mounting surface;
6). The oil cylinder is directly mounted on the bottom plate of the oil cylinder on the left and right sides of the frame, and directly drives the slider to move up and down, with simple structure;
7). During the movement of the slider, the whole process is monitored by the CNC system. The hydraulic synchronous block controls the synchronization of the slider.
8).Hydraulic deflection compensation table, the CNC system according to the rigidity of the machine, automatically calculated and adjusted the amount of compensation, so as to solve the bending process of the table and slide produced deflection deformation, to meet the full-length high-precision bending;
9).The positioning of grating ruler on both sides is fixed by c-plate on both sides and installed at the root of the workbench, so that the bending distance between the upper die and the lower die is free from the error caused by the stress and deformation of the wall plate.
10).Imported double lead ball screw makes the rear material move quickly and sound is low, and the positioning accuracy is high.
11). After the pressure oil required by the system is inhaled into the pump by the mesh filter, it is filtered by the imported high pressure and high density filter and input into the hydraulic components to ensure the normal operation of the components;
12). The connection of the imported bayon-sleeve pipe ensures that the oil road is unimpeded and free from impurities, and is not subject to the blocking valve and oil leakage caused by temperature and service age;
13).In terms of electrical design, there is a power switch and a mechanical interlocking device for the electrical box. If the door of the electrical box is opened, the power will be cut off automatically, ensuring the safety of operation and maintenance.
