The Top roller device consists of the top roller, a hydraulic drop end, fixed bearing, hydraulic motor, and bearing.
The top roller efficiently transfers torque via the connected hydraulic motor, initiating smooth rotation. A protective steel bushing is expertly fitted with the hydraulic drop end.

side roller apparatus
The side roller device is intricately designed with the side roller's main oil cylinder, self-aligning bearing, and various other bearings.
Bearing blocks support the side roller, with each side harmoniously coordinating with the frame's guide rail for optimal performance.
The side roller bearing block's elegant up-down movement is propelled through four strategically placed oil cylinders within the frame. Sensors on the side rollers and frame measure the movement with precision, and results are wonderfully displayed on an LCD.
To achieve a stunning cone shape, self-aligning bearings are utilized for both side and lower rollers. By leveling the lower roller and adjusting alignment to be inclined, fine adjustments ensure a perfect fit between lower and side rollers, introducing an ideal degree of inclination relative to the horizontal.

The hydraulic drop end device consists of oil cylinders, joints, bearing blocks, and additional components.
