Lower Roller and Position Inspection Unit
The lower roller device is a precise composition of the lower roller, oil cylinder, bearing, and self-aligning bearing.
Sliding bearing blocks, which support the lower roller, align meticulously with the frame guide rail. These blocks rest on dual oil cylinders, empowering the lower roller's up-down motion through hydraulic prowess. Operating at a rated pressure of 16Mpa, sensors meticulously track distances and present them on an LCD. The adjustable hydraulic system pressure ensures precise power delivery to meet the desired rolling force.

Side Roller Apparatus
The intricately designed side roller device includes the main oil cylinder, self-aligning bearing, and additional bearings.

The strategic placement of four oil cylinders within the frame drives the side roller bearing block's up-down movement. Sensors on the side rollers and frame capture precise measurements, displaying results on an LCD.

Upon completing hydraulic drop closure or opening, the oil cylinder's stroke resets seamlessly to zero.A reliable hydraulic station serves as the power source, ensuring consistent performance.
Balance Device
