It is the powerhouse that drives rotation, while the lower roller moves up and down to create friction along the plate's length. The two side rollers, with their angular up-down movement, induce the desired plastic deformation in the steel plate. By adjusting the side rollers, you can achieve both symmetric and asymmetrical bending with exceptionally short flat ends, a significant improvement over three-roller machines. This capability eliminates the need for pre-bending procedures and devices, while also achieving rough leveling of steel plates. It's extensively utilized across diverse industries such as petroleum, chemical, boiler manufacturing, shipbuilding, hydroelectricity, metal structures, and machinery.
Machine Construction:
The main body of this robust machine comprises an upper roller device, driving device, lower roller device,sideroller device, hydraulic drop-end device, lubrication system, left and right frames, chassis, and more.

Top Roller and Driving Device
The Top Roller Device includes the top roller itself, a hydraulic drop end, fixed bearings, hydraulic motor, and bearings.
The top roller transfers torque via a connected hydraulic motor, enabling the top roller's
rotational movement. The hydraulic drop end is equipped with a protective steel bushing for durability.
Lower Roller and Position Inspection Device
The Lower Roller Device consists of the lower roller, oil cylinder, lower roller bearings, and self-aligning bearings.
Sliding bearing blocks support the lower roller, coordinated with the frame's guide rail, and are mounted on two oil cylinders that power the lower roller's up-down movement, driven by a hydraulic system with a rated pressure of 16Mpa. The movement is monitored by sensors, displaying data on an LCD. Adjust the hydraulic system effortlessly to meet specific rolling power needs.

Side Roller Device
The Side Roller Device is equipped with a main oil cylinder, self-aligning bearings, and standard bearings.
Bearing blocks support the side rollers, maintaining coordination with the frame's guide rails.
The side roller bearing blocks are moved up and down by four oil cylinders within the frames. Position sensors monitor this movement, displaying information on the LCD.
For cone-shaped rolling, self-aligning bearings are used in both side and lower rollers. When the lower roller stays level or the horizontal line becomes sloped, precise adjustments allow tight alignment between rollers, providing just the right degree of inclination.
3-4, Hydraulic Drop End
The Hydraulic Drop End device includes oil cylinders, joint components, bearing blocks, and oil cylinder bearings.
This hydraulic drop end mechanism facilitates easy product removal along the roller shaft.
Upon completion of opening or closing, the oil cylinder stroke returns to zero. Power is sourced from a robust hydraulic station.
Balance Device
The balance device boasts a compact and efficient structure. When the tipping rack slips off the bearing face of the top roller, initiating a tipping motion, the top roller naturally drops due to gravity. To ensure the top roller remains perfectly level, we've installed the balance device on the fixed side. Positioned strategically out of the fixed side frame, this device maintains a skillful distance from the fixed frame. Secured firmly with screws, it embodies stability and precision.

Hydraulic system
Our sophisticated hydraulic system integrates a high-performance gear pump, a meticulously engineered valve group, and essential assistant pipelines.
The hydraulic valve employs the world-renowned Yuken superposition hydraulic valve series, ensuring unrivaled performance. The pipeline layout
is elegantly simplistic, minimizing leakage and offering ease of maintenance.
This system artfully combines three loops: the pressure adjusting loop, synchronization loop, and speed loop, each contributing to its seamless operation.
The pressure adjusting loop fine-tunes the system's working pressure via the main overflow valve, maintaining an optimal pressure of 16Mpa.
The synchronization loop expertly modulates the lower roller's up and down movements in perfect harmony through the flow divider valve. The throttle valve facilitates precise speed adjustments.
The speed loop adeptly governs the frame's drop and reset movements, adjusting speed meticulously via the throttle valve.
Electric control system
The electric control system is a powerhouse of precision, consisting of an electric cabinet, an intuitive operation control table, and a portable button box. Operating at 380V/50Hz, it offers robust short circuit and overloading protection for the main motor. AC contactor controls the smooth transition between positive and reverse rotations. Our machine features cutting-edge PLC programmable control, ensuring minimal relay use, exceptional stability, and long-lasting performance. Every control button and indicator light required for the entire rolling process is conveniently located on the control table, facilitating comprehensive control over operations and status monitoring.
CNC system
The NC system is enhanced with a state-of-the-art rotation encoder, paired with a high-reliability industry controller, forming a control system characterized by its unmatched stability.
