The up-down movement of the side roller bearing block is driven with precision through four strategically placed oil cylinders within the frame. State-of-the-art sensors installed on the side rollers and frame meticulously measure the movement, with results clearly displayed on an LCD.
To achieve a flawlessly crafted cone shape, self-aligning bearings are expertly employed for both side and lower rollers. With the lower roller level and alignment becoming inclined, fine adjustments enable a precise fit between lower and side rollers, introducing a calculated degree of inclination relative to the horizontal.
