The lower roller executes an up-down motion, allowing the plate to attain friction along the longitudinal direction. Meanwhile, the two side rollers move up and down at an angle to a straight line, facilitating the essential plastic deformation of the steel plate. By adjusting the side rollers, you can achieve both symmetric and asymmetric bending. Theoretically, the flat end is considerably shorter compared to a three-roller plate rolling machine, effectively eliminating the need for a pre-bending procedure and device. Additionally, it performs rough leveling of the steel plate. Widely used across the petroleum, chemical, boiler, shipbuilding, hydroelectric, metal structure, and machinery industries.
Machine construction:
The core structure of this advanced machine comprises the upper roller device, driving device, and lower roller device.Additional components include the side roller device, hydraulic drop end device, lubrication system, left and right frames, chassis, and more.

Top roller and driving device
The Top roller assembly features a top roller, hydraulic drop end, fixed bearing, hydraulic motor, and supportive bearings.
The top roller transmits torque through its connection with the hydraulic motor, facilitating
rotational movement. The hydraulic drop end is fortified with a protective steel bushing.
Lower roller and position inspection device
This assembly consists of a lower roller, oil cylinder, lower roller bearing, and self-aligning bearing.
Sliding bearing blocks, supporting the lower roller, synchronize with the frame guide rail. These are anchored on two oil cylinders powered by the hydraulic system, enabling the lower roller's up-down movement. The main oil cylinder boasts a rated pressure of 16Mpa. A sensor monitors the up-down distance, displaying data on an LCD screen. With adjustable hydraulic system pressure, achieving the required rolling power is seamless and efficient.

Side roller device
This device features the main side roller oil cylinder, self-aligning bearing, and supportive bearings.
Bearing blocks support the side rollers, coordinating with the frame guide rail.
The side roller bearing blocks enact an up-down motion via four strategically placed oil cylinders within the frames. Sensors monitor the movement, with distances displayed on an LCD screen.
For cone-shaped rolling, we employ self-aligning bearings on both the side and lower rollers. This design maintains alignment when transitioning from a horizontal to an inclined plane, allowing precise adjustments and tight closure between lower and side rollers.
3-4, Hydraulic drop end
The hydraulic drop end system includes an oil cylinder, joint, bearing block, oil cylinder bearing, among other components.
The hydraulic drop end system allows for easy product removal along the roller shaft.
Upon completion of the hydraulic drop's closure or opening, the oil cylinder's stroke is reduced to zero. This powerful function is driven by the hydraulic station.
Balance device
The balance device features an ingeniously compact design. When the tipping rack slips off the bearing face of the top roller, initiating a tipping movement, the top roller naturally descends due to gravity. To maintain an even keel, the balance device is strategically placed on the fixed side—outside the fixed side frame—creating a deliberate distance between the frame and the balance device. It's securely fastened to the frame with precision-engineered screws.

Hydraulic system
Our advanced hydraulic system is expertly crafted with a precision gear pump, an efficient valve group, and supportive assistant pipelines.
The system's hydraulic valves employ the renowned Yuken superposition hydraulic valve series, ensuring reliability and efficiency. The pipeline lay out
is streamlined, minimizing leaks and simplifying maintenance.
The system is meticulously designed with three loops: a pressure adjusting loop, a synchronization loop, and a speed loop, each serving a vital role.
In the pressure adjusting loop, the main overflow valve finely tunes the system's working pressure, which is maintained at a robust 16 Mpa.
The synchronization loop precisely adjusts the lower roller's elevation in unison using a flow divider valve, while the throttle valve allows for meticulous speed adjustments, both upwards and downwards.
The speed loop expertly manages the frame's descent and reset, with speed adjustments made via the throttle valve ensuring smooth operation.
Electric control system
Our sophisticated electric control system includes an electric cabinet, a user-friendly operation control table, and a portable button box. Operating at a power of 380V/50Hz, it provides unparalleled protection with a main switch that safeguards against short circuits and motor overloads. The AC contactor precisely controls the machine's rotation, while our PLC programmable control minimizes relay use, offering stability and longevity. The control table, equipped with all necessary buttons and indicator lights, efficiently manages the entire rolling process and operational status.
CNC system
The NC system employs a rotation encoder paired with a high-reliability industrial controller, crafting a control system known for its unwavering performance stability.
