Top roller device integrates the top roller, hydraulic drop end, fixed bearing, hydraulic motor, and bearing system.
The top roller efficiently transmits torque through a connected hydraulic motor, initiating
rotational motion. Additionally, a protective steel bushing is installed with the hydraulic drop end for enhanced durability.

Lower roller and position inspection device:
The lower roller device is engineered with a lower roller, oil cylinder, bearing assembly, and self-aligning bearing for optimal performance.

Positioned atop two oil cylinders, the hydraulic system delivers potent up-down movements for the lower roller. Side roller device:
This component comprises the main oil cylinder, self-aligning bearing, and supportive bearing structures.
The bearing block, supporting the side roller, harmonizes with the frame guide rail to ensure smooth operation.
Driven by four strategically placed oil cylinders within the frame, the side roller bearing block achieves precise up-down movements. Sensors installed on the rollers and frame meticulously track these movements, presenting data via LCD display for user convenience.
For cone shape rolling, both the side and lower rollers utilize self-aligning bearings. The lower roller maintains a level when the horizontal line transitions to a slope, allowing the rollers to snugly align through meticulous adjustments.
