The top roller device integrates the top roller itself, complemented by a hydraulic drop end, fixed bearing, hydraulic motor, and bearing.
The top roller transmits torque via the hydraulic motor connection, enabling
seamless rotational movement. The hydraulic drop end is fortified with a protective steel bushing for enhanced durability.
lower roller and position inspection device
The lower roller device incorporates the lower roller, oil cylinder, lower roller bearing, and self-aligning bearing.
Its sliding bearing block supports the lower roller, aligning perfectly with the frame guide rail. Mounted on dual oil cylinders, the hydraulic system supplies power for precise up-down movements. Operating at a rated pressure of 16Mpa, the lower roller's movement is monitored by sensors and displayed on an LCD. The hydraulic system allows for flexible pressure adjustments, providing the exact power needed for rolling.

side roller device
The side roller device consists of the main oil cylinder, self-aligning bearing, and additional bearing.
Its bearing block supports the side roller, coordinating flawlessly with the frame guide rail.
Through four strategically placed oil cylinders within the frames, the side roller bearing block achieves precise up-down movements. Sensors ensure accurate distance measurement, with data displayed on an LCD for real-time monitoring.
For cone-shaped rolling, self-aligning bearings are employed for both side and lower rollers. As the lower roller maintains a level position, or transitions to a slope, the rollers can be finely adjusted to achieve a snug fit, maintaining an ideal inclination.
3-4,hydraulic drop end
The hydraulic drop end device is an assembly of the oil cylinder, joint, bearing block, and oil cylinder bearing.
This sophisticated hydraulic drop end system facilitates easy product removal along the Roller shaft.
At the completion of hydraulic drop operations, the oil cylinder stroke returns to zero, ensuring seamless functionality. The hydraulic station provides the necessary power.
Balance device
Our Balance device is a marvel of compact engineering excellence. When the tipping rack slides off the bearing face of the top roller, inducing a tipping motion, gravity takes charge and causes the top roller to descend. To maintain perfect levelness of the top roller, the balance device is ingeniously mounted on the fixed side. This placement, just beyond the fixed side frame, optimizes function and efficiency. Moreover, it is securely anchored to the frame with robust screws, ensuring stability and reliability in operation.
