This machine is an advanced four-roller plate rolling machine featuring a top roller as the primary drive. It is the main driving force, enabling rotational movement. The lower roller moves up and down, causing the plate to achieve the necessary friction along its length. Two side rollers perform an up-down movement at an angle with the straight line, ensuring the steel plate achieves the essential plastic deformation. By adjusting the side rollers, the machine can perform both symmetrical and asymmetrical bending. Compared to a three-roller plate rolling machine, the flat end becomes minimal theoretically, thus eliminating the need for pre-bending procedures and additional devices. It also serves in preliminary leveling of steel plates. This machine is widely utilized across industries such as petroleum, chemical, boiler manufacturing, shipbuilding, hydroelectricity, metal structures, and machinery.
Machine Construction:
The core structure of this machine comprises an upper roller mechanism and a driving unit, lower roller mechanismandside roller mechanism, hydraulic drop-end system, lubrication setup, as well as left and right frames, a sturdy chassis, and more.

Top Roller and Driving Device
The top roller mechanism is ingeniously designed with a top roller, hydraulic drop-end, fixed bearings, a hydraulic motor, and supportive bearings.
The top roller transfers torque through a connection with the hydraulic motor, allowing for smooth
rotational movement. The hydraulic drop end is elegantly equipped with a protective steel bushing.
Lower Roller and Position Inspection Device
The lower roller mechanism consists of a lower roller, oil cylinder, lower roller bearings, and self-aligning bearings.
The sliding bearing blocks that support the lower roller are aligned with the frame guide rail. They rest on two oil cylinders, where a hydraulic system provides the power for the lower roller's up-and-down movement. This system operates at a rated pressure of 16Mpa, and the distance of movement is monitored by sensors on the lower roller and frame, displayed on an LCD. The hydraulic system’s adjustable settings guarantee the precise hydraulic power needed for any rolling task.

Side Roller Device
The side roller mechanism includes the main oil cylinder, self-aligning bearings, and standard bearings.
The bearing blocks support the side rollers, ensuring that the two sides align perfectly with the frame guide rail.
Side roller bearing blocks move up and down through four internal oil cylinders within the two frames. The distance of up-down movement is measured by sensors on the side rollers and frame, with results shown on an LCD.
To achieve a conical shape, self-aligning bearings are used for both side and lower rollers. By aligning the horizontal line to a slope, the rollers fit snugly through careful adjustments, achieving the desired inclination.
3-4, Hydraulic Drop End
The hydraulic drop end system consists of an oil cylinder, cylinder joints, bearing blocks, and cylinder bearings.
The hydraulic drop end system enables easy extraction of products along the roller shaft.
When the hydraulic drop completes its cycle of closing or opening, the oil cylinder's stroke returns to zero. Powered by a robust hydraulic station.
Balance Device
The balance device boasts an ingeniously compact design. When the tipping rack slips off the bearing face of the top roller, initiating a tipping movement, the top roller's end will naturally descend due to gravity. To maintain the top roller's perfect horizontal balance, the balance device is strategically installed on the fixed side, positioned outside the frame to allow a precise distance from the fixed framework. Securely fastened to the frame with screws, it ensures optimal stability.

Hydraulic System

This state-of-the-art system comprises three distinct loops: a pressure adjusting loop, a synchronization loop, and a speed loop, each meticulously engineered for peak performance.
The pressure adjusting loop fine-tunes the system's working pressure using a main overflow valve, maintaining an impressive working pressure of 16Mpa.
Our synchronization loop expertly regulates the lower roller's movements up and down in perfect harmony through a flow divider valve. The throttle valve offers precise speed adjustments, both upward and downward.
The speed loop facilitates the seamless drop and reset of control frames while adjusting speed efficiently through the throttle valve.
Electric Control System
Our electric control system is a marvel of modern engineering, comprising an electric cabinet, an intuitive operation control table, and a portable button box. Powered at 380V/50Hz, the main switch is equipped with both short circuit protection and overload protection for the main motor. Directional control is seamlessly handled by an AC contactor, while the PLC programmable control ensures a minimal relay system, offering stability and extended longevity. Every button and indicator light essential for the rolling process is conveniently located on the control table, granting you full command over the operation process and working status.
